I became interested in complementary therapies many years ago. In my personal life, my family and I have been confronted by conditions that conventional medicine could not help.
I decided that there had to be an answer! I turned to complementary therapies and I was so impressed by the impact that they had, I decided that one day I would study them and become a therapist myself, in the hope that I would be able to help other people, as I have been helped in the past.
I know that there are a lot of people out there, who are desperate for help with problems they are facing. They need someone to listen and understand what they are going through and need something to complement conventional medicine and speed up the body’s own natural healing process.
I believe complementary therapies aid the body to heal itself, to bring back balance and harmony within the mind, body and spirit.

I work for South East Cancer Help Centre in Purley and The Macmillan Centre in Mayday Hospital, with cancer patients and carers.
I am a member of The CTHA Complementary Therapists Association and the CNHC Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council for Reflexology.
